Bhakti
The country North Korea recently understood that they needed means of contributing with an official Tithe for means of public Revenue passed onto their Government from International Negotiations.
Due to their Communist approach, independent religions such as Hare Krishna may suit.
The temples would or would not find their way into their society. Still, if their literature would be commercialized, this can be considered as Tithe to an specific Organization, such as "The Bhaktivedanta Book Trust"
On the North Korea issue, it is important to assess that as soon as they have an "off-book accounting" - the Tithe - and a revenue is withdrew from the gross margin of public affairs, better hardware for their smartphones should be provided, from the same Trade partners they have.
All best,
