The coverage is for minor clinics, which I don't like to treat.

But I considered the current Health Insurances in the market to offer co-participation plans. Is it available already?

Families proving low wages, would have assistance on the private clinics and hospitals paying for 20-25% of the full price. The Health Insurance would pay 100 reais (dollars in the U.S.) for attending 30 patients per month each clinic. The Government (SUS, in Brazil), would Outsource part of the Health services provided by the public system to the Co-participation health plans.

This idea has been used in São Paulo city by João Doria for ct exams done for free to citizens, in hours of shortage in the private demand.

O site do nube me pediu um telefone válido enquanto eu tentava descadastrar devido a múltiplos acessos e ligações inconvenientes em momento de trabalho. The USA face the highest peak of inflation of the History. However, the Mint of USA is not printing enough or excessive cash and coins what would mean inflation.
