Etanol crops to Venezuela

 Venezuela used to support they Shares in oil from the Middle East through an economy that promoted Beauty Pageants and reality shows: the girls were portrayed in the competition and rivalty, using the aesthetic and beauty products that were announced and launched in these reality shows (some girls were blackmailed with wrong chemicals, others had to undergo painful procedure, etc); those products were sold from countries in the Middle East to the rest of the world.

Many of these products were discovered to use animal tissues, and they turned prohibited. The beauty pageant reality shows were cancelled and Venezuela lost many stocks of oil. The crisis in Venezuela started, and so did the wars in the Middle East increased.

Etanol (cane) crops in the area where cocaine is cultivated (those fields could be a place to crop Etanol), to provide and foment Venezuela's economy, in exchange of some other industry they would invest and sell to the Mercosur, to pay the investment from Etanol back to Brazil.

My opinion is that this would help economy in the Middle East and soothe the war, through rescue of business with their partner in South America (Venezuela). Middle East will be enabled to have Agro and Commodities transactions with those countries again.

Back to their own feet, Venezuela now invest in Agro and Commodities to sell to the Middle East in exhange of oil stocks

For not being part of Mercosur, a Comercial Agreement needs to be developed to deal with Venezuela. Argentinian and Uruguayan businessmen are a neutral position towards the holder of the finance (Brazil) A funding must also be created to pay for businessmen to develop the Comercial Agreements  financed by Mercosur. The ideal (for Venezuela) would be buying cane and having their own Etanol Refineries, that they would buy from Brazil.
